1.HYDRAULIC OPERATED STEEL TOP DOORS

Two (2) hydraulically operated bi-fold steel top doors with hex brake for rigidity. Doors are insulated with 2” of high temperature insulation in a double steel jacket. The doors have rain seal caps and flex plates to keep asphalt out of door hinges. Each door shall have a 1 1/2” bore with 13” stroke hydraulic cylinder with bypass and flow control valves. The controls for doors are at the front of the unit behind truck cab passenger side.

2.SECONDARY AUGER MOTOR

A secondary, hydraulic, 13,000 in.lb. Torque, variable speed booster motor installed at rear of auger to assist in dispensing bad or stiff asphalt mix. This also eliminates shearing coupler keys and bolts in the auger shaft.

3.DUAL AUGER CONVEYOR SYSTEM

Two (2) each, 10’ Long by 6” diameter progressive screw conveyors, to reduce asphalt bridging has hard surfaced flights, welded continuously on 2” schedule 80 steel pipe and is ball bearing mounted. Conveyors are driven by two (2) each 13,000 in lbs of torque variable speed hydraulic motors fully synchronized with forward and reverse. Unit shall have a delivery chute with 120° of pivot. All bearings can be greased from ground level through feeder lines.

4.ASPHALT SPREADER DELIEVERY SYSTEM

The asphalt spreader is hydraulic powered, ball bearing mounted 160º pivot, mounted on the rear of the main hopper auger dispensing system. Has a 52”X6” flight auger with splitter value allowing separate speed control from hopper screw conveyor and spreader auger conveyor. The conveyor is fully enclosed with releasing agent auger cleaning ports for safety. This system eliminates asphalt build up on asphalt chutes and is only recommended for large and long utility cuts.

6.EXTENDED TRAILER TONGUE

3.5 Feet extended trailer tongue. Standard Length is 4’10” from edge of trailer.

7.EXTENDED SCREW CONVEYOR

12” extension of screw conveyor and rear bearing mount bracket. Allows the asphalt to be dispensed an additional 12” from asphalt hopper.

8. COST TO HARD SURFACED SCREW CONVEYOR

Hard Surfaced Screw Conveyor has hard wired bead welded on flight of auger to enhance longevity.

11.VIBRATORY ROLLER

The vibratory roller is a Bomag BW55 E with a 4 hp Honda Engine, operating weight of 351#, centrifugal force 2250# and single drum vibratory roller 22” wide, centrifugal clutch and water tank.

12.HYDRAULIC REAR LIFT PLATFORM FOR COMPACTOR

A hydraulically operated lift platform for loading or unloading compactor plate. The platform has a safety latch in the up position, an in cab “platform down” indicator light with compactor holding down brackets and a pavement breaker mount. All controls for platform are at the rear of the unit.

13.HYDRAULIC REAR LIFT FOR ROLLER

A hydraulically operated lift platform for loading or unloading Bomag vibratory roller. The platform has a safety latch in the up position, an in cab “platform down” indicator light with roller hold down brackets and a pavement breaker mount. All controls for platform are at the rear of the unit.

14.ELECTRIC HOIST

A 12 volt 1 1/3 hp electric hoist is available for loading or unloading the vibratory compactor plate.

17.INSULATED TARP TOP COVER

A separate self contained 15, 25 or 35 CFM @ 125 PSI. 1200 RPM hydraulic driven air compressor with 60 PSI oil pump and cooling fan, used to blow out repair sight and other compressed air demands. Hydraulic and electric controls are located at right rear of unit. Air compressor comes with quick couplers, 20 foot air hose, 5 foot air blow gun with deadman control valve, 5 gallon air tank with cable assisted condensation drain and 150 psi relief valve.

Screw conveyor assembly is ball bearing mounted, conveyor is driven by a hydraulic motor with forward and reverse capabilities. Edger is powered with PTO driven load sense hydraulic pump. Unit mounts to rear of patch unit with 4 bolts. Has separate asphalt chute. Hydraulic splitter valve allows separate control from hopper screw conveyor to side deliver screw conveyor. Screw conveyor is fully enclosed for safety.

1. PHPM-50 TACK OIL

Biodegradable tack oil, heat range spraying temperature 45º F to 85º F, and can be stored in tank 6 to 8 months without oil separation.
