Dump Body Options
1. SPOILS BIN
36” wide, 1.50 cubic yard OR 30” wide, 1.25 cubic yard gravity dump asphalt spoils bin allows spoils to loaded or discharged from both sides of the truck.
2. VIBRATORY COMPACTOR PLATE
A Wacker WP 1550AW Compactor equipped with a 5.5 hp gasoline Honda Engine with auto oil alarm shut down. Operating weight is 190#, centrifugal force 3375#, plate size19.5 x 23”, a water tank and locking holding down brackets OR Model SFP1850 Equipped with 5.5 hp gasoline Honda Engine with auto oil alarm shut down. Operating Weight 220#, centrifugal force 4000#, plate size is 20” x 23”, water tank and locking holding down brackets.
3. HYDRAULIC LIFT PLATFORM FOR COMPACTOR PLATE
A passenger side hydraulic lift platform mounted between unit and truck cab for loading and unloading compactor plate. The platform has a safety latch in the up position, and an in-cab “platform down” indicator light, with compactor hold down brackets. The controls for platform are mounted on the side by the lift unit.
4. VIBRATORY ROLLER WITH TAILGATE LIFTING DEVICE
The vibratory roller is an Essick Model V304-EH with a 11hp Honda Engine, electric start and hook system. Operating weight 1,050lbs centrifugal force 3,600lbs OR a Wacker RSS 800A, equipped with an 11 hp gasoline Honda Engine. Operating weight is 1,025 lbs, centrifugal force 3500 lbs., single 28.3” wide drum and 8 gallon water tank.
5. PAVEMENT BREAKERS
Stanley Pavement Breaker, complete with quick couplers, asphalt cutter, tamper, and detachable shank with lockable transporting bracket. Options are: BR45, BR67 or BR87.
6. DIESEL / SOLVENT HOSE REEL
Hose reel for diesel / solvent fuel spray wand has 20’ of hose. Reel is spring loaded auto-retractable.
7. TACK OIL HOSE REEL
Hose reel for tack oil has 15’ of hose. Reel is spring loaded auto-retractable.
8. AIR LINE HOSE REEL – ONLY NEEDED IF OPTIONAL AIR COMPRESSOR IS ADDED
An airline hose reel with 20’ of hose. Reel is spring loaded auto-retractable.
9. HYDRAULIC AIR COMPRESSOR
A separate self-contained 15 or 25 CFM @ 125 PSI hydraulic driven air compressor with cooling fan, used to blow out repair sight and other compressed air demands. Hydraulic and electric controls are located at right rear of unit. Air compressor comes with quick couplers, 20 foot air hose, 5 foot air blow gun with deadman control valve, 5 gallon air tank with cable assisted condensation drain and 150 psi relief valve.
10. DRIP PAN
A eight (8) gallon drip pan for waste oil combination, for flushing pump, spray wand and lines at the end of the work day, with necessary valve for draining.
11. WATER TANK
A frame mounted stainless steel ten (10) gallon tank with valve and hose. Water supply for asphalt compactor plate.
12. TOOL BOX
A 19” high by 24” deep, by 30” long, locking toolbox shall be provided and located on the curbside frame rail.
13. SHOVELING APRON
Optional shoveling apron shall be constructed of a minimum of 10 gauge steel. It shall have a folding bottom to allow material to bypass freely and shall be mounted at the rear of the container. The apron shall have the capacity to hold 1/2 cubic yard of hot asphalt.
14. FRAME MOUNTED LP GAS BOTTLE
A frame mounted 35 gallon or 50 gallon capacity LP Gas Bottle with quick fill connector, 10 psi regulator and fuel sight gauge.
15. ASPHALT LUTE AND SHOVEL HOLDERS
One (1) to Four (4) spring loaded asphalt lute and shovel holders mounted on left and right side of body.
16. 10-LIGHT DIRECTIONAL ARROW BOARD
The arrow board is an Able 2 with arrow flashing left, right and warning bar. The board is mounted on the rear of the patch unit with-in cab controls. Arrow board also has an LED option.
17. 14-LIGHT DIRECTIONAL ARROW BOARD
Wanco WSBA-14 – 14 bulbs with arrow flashing left, right and warning bar. The board is mounted on the rear of the patch unit with-in cab controls. Installed on bracket whereas board swivels to face rearward as body is raised with transporting locking pin. Arrow board also has an LED option.
18. 16-LIGHT DIRECTIONAL ARROW BOARD
State D.O.T. Approved Superior Signal model SRTA16. With 16 amber (L.E.D.) lights, 32 flash patterns, 8 patterns per function. Arrow flashing left, right, and warning bar. The board is mounted on the rear of the patch unit with in cab controls.
19. STROBE LIGHT
A pedestal mounted Meteorlight model SY2000 amber, 80 double flashes per minute.
20. PTO
A Muncie or Chelsea PTO Electric Over Air Shift or Hot Shift, depending on transmission model.
21. THROTTLE CONTROL
An electronic engine throttle control remote rear mounted.
22. THROTTLE CONTROL FOR MANUAL ENGINES
Muncie Hydro-Throttle with rear manual over-ride cable.
23. FIRE EXTINGUISHERS
ABC fire extinguisher mounted on patch unit with vehicle mounting bracket. Options include: 5 lb, 10 lb, or 20 lb.
24. HIGHWAY WARNING TRIANGLES
A Highway warning triangle kit consisting of three (3) reflective triangles in a storage case.
25. TRAFFIC CONE RACK
Set of one (1) frame mounted traffic cone racks with holding capacity of ten (10) 28” tall cones.
26. ASPHALT SAW
Stanley C025-541 hydraulic hand held cut off and asphalt saw.
27. WATER COOLER
Water Cooler and Rack – 3 gallon or 5 gallon.
